Appearance: Tomomi has long, wavy, bubblegum pink (the work of dye regularly put into her blonde hair) hair, with three locks of hair that frame her face; two on one side, one on the other. She has big blue eyes that are prone to filling with tears at the slightest provocation. She wears black knee high boots, a short black skirt with pockets (perfect for carrying everything she needs), and a black blouse-jacket thing. Her shirt has sleeves with puffs at the shoulders, one sleeve ending after the puff, the other continuing into a full-length, flared sleeve. It fastens with an inside zip, but has three outside buttons along the join, which is a diagonal curve going from one shoulder to the opposite waist. On the bare arm, she wears a chunky, black and white striped arm warmer. Tomomi also always wears a thin gold chain with a heart-shaped locket.
Personality:Tomomi Natsume is a selfish, spoiled brat. She's naive, with no idea how the world works (but with a vague idea that it revolves around her), and has a wicked temper. Although she doesn't hold grudges, she can get very sulky when things don't go her way or people don't do exactly what she wants them to do. Tomomi can act very childish, and she's very stubborn, never backing down from a fight. She's very possessive and protective of everything she owns (that includes her friends), and is often sarcastic, although lacking in common sense and logic.
History: Her mother died when she was young, and her father has since treated his only daughter like a queen, denying her nothing. Her whole family is fairly rich, and because of this, most people her age think of her as nothing more than a rich, snobby brat. Hence, she doesn't have many friends.
